溶(rong)氧儀(yi)(yi)具有安裝方便,標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)周(zhou)期長(chang)(3~4個(ge)月),對(dui)其他物質不敏感(gan)等特點,并且能(neng)監(jian)測(ce)覆膜和探頭內(nei)電(dian)解質的(de)使用(yong)情況,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)至三年更換一(yi)(yi)次電(dian)解質和覆膜。溶(rong)氧儀(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)可采用(yong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)液(ye)(ye)(ye)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)或現場取(qu)樣(yang)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)。溶(rong)氧儀(yi)(yi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)法:標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)采用(yong)兩(liang)點標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding),即(ji)零(ling)點標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)和量(liang)程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)。零(ling)點標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)可采用(yong)2%的(de)Na2SO3溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)。量(liang)程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)可根據(ju)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)測(ce)量(liang)量(liang)程選擇(ze)4 M 的(de)KCl溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(2 mg/L);50%的(de)甲醇溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(21.9 mg/L)。溶(rong)氧儀(yi)(yi)現場取(qu)樣(yang)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)法(Winkler法):在溶(rong)氧儀(yi)(yi)實際使用(yong)中,多采用(yong)Winkler方法對(dui)溶(rong)解氧分析儀(yi)(yi)進(jin)行(xing)現場標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)。使用(yong)該方法時(shi)存在兩(liang)種情況:取(qu)樣(yang)時(shi)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)M1,化驗(yan)分析值為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)A,對(dui)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)進(jin)行(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)仍為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)M1,這(zhe)(zhe)時(shi)只須調(diao)整(zheng)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等于A即(ji)可;取(qu)樣(yang)時(shi)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)M1,化驗(yan)分析值為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)A,對(dui)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)進(jin)行(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)改變為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)M2,這(zhe)(zhe)時(shi)就不能(neng)將(jiang)調(diao)整(zheng)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等于A,而應(ying)將(jiang)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)調(diao)整(zheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1MA×M2。
溶氧(yang)儀(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)維(wei)護1~2周應(ying)清(qing)洗(xi)一次溶氧(yang)儀(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji),如(ru)果膜片上有污(wu)染(ran)物,會引(yin)起(qi)測(ce)量誤差。清(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)應(ying)小心(xin),注意不(bu)(bu)要損壞膜片。將溶氧(yang)儀(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)放入清(qing)水中(zhong)涮洗(xi),如(ru)污(wu)物不(bu)(bu)能洗(xi)去,用(yong)(yong)軟布或(huo)棉布小心(xin)擦(ca)洗(xi)。2~3月應(ying)重新校驗一次溶氧(yang)儀(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)零點和量程。溶氧(yang)儀(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)再(zai)生大(da)約(yue)1年左右進行一次。當測(ce)量范圍調(diao)整(zheng)不(bu)(bu)過來,就需要對溶解(jie)氧(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)再(zai)生。電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)再(zai)生包(bao)括(kuo)更換(huan)(huan)內部(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)、更換(huan)(huan)膜片、清(qing)洗(xi)銀(yin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)。如(ru)果觀察銀(yin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)有氧(yang)化現(xian)象,可(ke)用(yong)(yong)細砂(sha)紙拋光。在使用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)如(ru)發現(xian)溶氧(yang)儀(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)泄露,就必(bi)須(xu)更換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)。參考(kao)以(yi)上所說的(de),溶氧(yang)儀(yi)(yi)買回(hui)來的(de)使用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)光是(shi)要使用(yong)(yong)的(de)正確,重要的(de)是(shi)維(wei)護方面,有好多客戶(hu)在買回(hui)來以(yi)后還沒有使用(yong)(yong)就出現(xian)了(le)(le)問題,大(da)多數是(shi)技術人員在拿取(qu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)時(shi)候不(bu)(bu)小心(xin)碰到了(le)(le)膜頭,弄(nong)破(po)了(le)(le)薄(bo)膜,這樣一來就造成客戶(hu)和供應(ying)商家之間過多的(de)交涉和周轉返修,因此,在使用(yong)(yong)的(de)時(shi)候能做(zuo)到正規小心(xin),會避(bi)免很(hen)多不(bu)(bu)必(bi)要的(de)麻(ma)煩。
